It’s been an exciting couple of days for us at Fab Hub Ashanti.
Since August this year, we have been running the FabCEO Mastermind Programme for 30 African women business leaders based in multiple cities in Ghana and two ladies in Belgium and the US.
This was our first in-person meeting and it was just so beautiful!
First, we feel so blessed to have a residential learning space big enough to host our ladies!
On the first morning, we had a beautiful conversation on marketing (specifically, what holds us back).
We then had the opportunity to sit at the feet of the ever-fabulous Mrs. Janet Abobigu (UNIJAY). Later that same day, we paid a visit to Albert Opoku (Hapaspace) and had a beautiful mentoring moment with him as well.
The ladies enjoyed some morning workouts each day. Evenings were for bonding either in the swimming pool, playing board games, or just swinging under the rooftop pergola.
Isaac Afenu from Ozé took us through Introduction to Bookkeeping the next day. And then we had the pitch competition. During the pitch competition, the ladies got the opportunity to practice their pitches and get feedback from our able judges: Rita Krampah, Vera obeng, and Karen Amissah-Ocran.
The ladies also got to ask for soft loans from The Fabulous Woman Network’s Fab Fund during their pitches.
